Upon full payment, you own the final delivered work product. However:

• We retain rights to our methodologies and processes
• We may use your project as a case study (with permission)
• Third-party components remain property of their respective owners
• We reserve the right to display your work in our portfolio

In no event shall WebPresence or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in your contract. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Access to our services may be suspended
• We will provide completed work as agreed
• Certain provisions of these terms may survive termination

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
